Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for order processing before your package is shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped on most holidays. We will notify you if there is an issue with filling your order.
Shipping fees are based on your order’s weight, destination and shipping method you choose. Shipping times are not guaranteed. We make every effort to get your merchandise to you as soon as possible. Please be aware that ordered items may arrive in separate boxes.
At this time, Reinvented Vintage ships merchandise to locations throughout the United States. We do not ship items internationally.
The risk of damage for all merchandise ordered on this Web site passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.
We make an effort to recycle our packing supplies and boxes. So, don’t be expecting a brand new, pretty box to show up at your door. We may re-use a good old box to package your items because we do every thing we can to recycle!

Returns and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, items must be returned or exchanged to Reinvented Vintage in new, unused condition, and be in original packaging with tags attached. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please contact us within one week of receipt to report any problems. All sales become final 14 days after you receive the item(s). Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of your receipt of the item(s). Refunds will be made through PayPal. Please allow 1-2 weeks to process a return and issue a refund from the time we receive your item.
